How do I resort data by numbers/change order of data?

If I assign new numbers to data, how do I sort by those new numbers in a
column?

Create a Query based on your table (a table has no order, it's a
"heap" of data). Specify the sort order by selecting "Ascending" or
"Descending" under up to ten fields (it sorts them in priority left to
right).

Base a Form for onscreen viewing, or a Report for printing, on this
query.

Don't use table datasheets for viewing or editing data - they are very
limited.
