Are you doing this in a Microsoft Access database (the subject of this
newsgroup)? If so, please post some more details.
If not, please repost the question in a newsgroup for your image
editing software. Mention the name and version of the software and how
you're doing the resize, and perhaps explain what it means to resize a
picture without changing the size... that makes no sense to me.
