Using Dynamic Disks?
If not - you'll have to use something like Partition Magic.

It is not possible to change the size of a partition by adding
unpartitioned space to an existing partition using any version of
Microsoft software without destroying the partition you want to
resize. This means that if you destroy a partition, you will also
destroy all data on the partition. For this reason, make sure you
back up your data before beginning a partition resize operation using
Microsoft software.

To resize partitions without destroying data., you must use a product
such as Symantec's Partition Magic or or TeraByteUnlimited's BootITNG.
Both these products will allow you to add unpartitioned space to an
existing partition without destroying data.

Both these products have a trial version. Partition Magic will not
allow you to save any changes you make, so if you want to actually
resize your partitions, do not use the trial version of Partition
Magic. BootITNG's trial version is fully operational for 30 days.

Do not attempt to resize partitions under Windows XP unless the
Partition Magic version is 8.0 or above. Also, make sure the BootITNG
version is the latest.

Because partition resizing is a dangerous thing no matter how you do
it, it is always a good idea to back up your data before beginning the
operation.
