How do I reset the time lapse (refresh) between incoming emails?

MS Office.....I would like to shorten or lengthen the time between incoming
emails refreshing time or elapsed time. Where do I find this to do the change?

If you are working with POP3/SMTP account(s), you would work with the
send/receive group settings in Outlook 2002/2003. (CTRL + ALT + S to bring
up the send/receive settings dialog.)
