I DID A PRESENTATION OF MY DAUGHTER'S WEDDING, NOW I'M USING THE SAME
PRESENTATION TO DO HER HORSE SHOWS. I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE THE NAME OF THIS
PRESENTATION TO JOANNE'S HORSE SHOWS. IS THIS POSSIBLE?

Yes, just do a File then Save As and give it a new file name.

If my comments have helped please hit Yes.

Thanks.

Or (when the file is closed) in "My Computer" or Explorer, right-click on
the file and choose "Rename" from the menu.

That will just mean that the OP will edit the same file rather than a
separate one.
"trip_to_tokyo"'s solution is the correct one...

Yes, if that is what the OP wants. Original message asked about "renaming" a
presentation, not about creating a new one.

When a person who clearly doesn't understand much of applications, files et
cetera, you need to think about what they need and less about what they
say. There is a very big possibility that the original will get overwritten
with no backup.

Hi if you want to rename an embedded presentation, then follow the below steps:

1. Right click and select Worksheet Object
2. Click Convert
3. Select Change Icon
4. Change the name, then click ok

Hope it helps you.

Thanks,
Pavan
