How do I remove Windows Messenger from IE 6.o?

I just turned mine off by taking it out of the startup and telling my
firewall not to let it out to talk to the internet. If you want to get rid
of it entirely, I suggest you try one of the messenger or IE groups, this
group is dedicated to the Microsoft Access database product.
