How do I remove two little rectangles in the appointment?

Two small rectangles appeared on some of my appointments? No idea what
that could be.

its usually caused by a character set encoding issue. Are they affecting
your ability to use the appointment?

No, but is is just confusing to see bizarre characters. Any idea how
to remove them?
