How do I remove the 'Instant Search' reminder in Outlook 2007

How do I remove this annoying little reminder box which I get prompted with
every time I launch Outlook. I do not want the update, but I am unable to
find an option to disable it.
 
I've been searching for the solution for a while now, but still haven't come
across it. Could you please hint us in the right direction to the multiple
posts you reference. Thanks.
