How do I remove the box around my picture

I know this is probably a simple question, but I'm new to FrontPage. I have
inserted a couple of JPEG's in a simple page, but I have a box around each
one that I can figure out how to remove. Can anyone enlighten me? I have
tried settin borders to "0", removing hyperlinks, etc., but so far no luck.

Select the image, then right click image/picture properties, then appearance tab and set the border
to zero.

Try putting the jpeg in a table and set the table borders to 0. Photos
usually work better in tables anyway.

The images themselves have a white border. You will have to remove them in
your image editing program.

Open the image in an image editor and crop the white border off - its part
of the image.

Hardly surprising, as the white border is part of the image. Open the
image in an image editor and crop the edges off. You hadn't resized it
in Image Composer, by any chance? :)

I'll be damned. You were right.

I don't suppose you would know why Paint Shop Pro does that?

Anyway, thanks for that. (Don't I feel like the fool....)

It happens when you go from Illustrator to Photoshop too. Dunno why...jest a
fluke.
