Try hovering over the unwanted calendar, and right clicking your
mouse. This should show a menu, select "Delete Calendar"

My issue is that when I right click over the entry and select delete
calendar, Outlook will not allow me to delete calendar as I do not have
permissions. All I am trying to do is remove a listing from "My Calendars".
Any idea how to do that?
is it a default calendar? You can't delete the default calendar. You can
make a new group and move it to it, then close the group to hide the
calendar.
