how do I remove my name from the top of the page when printing

I don't want my name to print on the top of the page when I print out my
contacts. I want to pass out the contact information to my business agents
but my name appears at teh top of every page. How can I get rid of my name

Why send them a printed copy?
Why not export to Excel or CSV file and send them that?
