I just moved a computer to a different ip address and the DHCP record shows
as updated on the DHCP server (W2KS) but the clients still see it related to
the old ip. HELP.

How did you move a computer configured to receive a dynamic address to
another IP address?
I think you mean your DNS isn't being updated... are you running active
directory? Allowing dynamic updates in DNS?

I had 2 NIC's on a server one with a static ip and the other dynamic. Some
of the clients picked out the static IP and some the dynamic. I unplugged
the dynamicly assigned NIC so that only the static IP/NIC would be used.
Yes, I'm using ADS. I have run ipconfig /flushdns and it has not helped.

You want

ipconfig /registerdns

You can delete the erroneous DNS entry for the wrong IP. You made the right
decision removing the other NIC, if you ask me.

I just ran ipconfig /displaydns and it shows both ip's for that server. The
first record is the one I want to kill. How do I do that?
