How do I remove an icon from SysTray

Have couple icons in Systray I want to remove.

How can I do this?

Unchecking from msconfig/startup doesn't do it.

Right-Click the system tray, select customize notifications, and hide what
you don't want to see.

"customize notifications" is greyed out.
