How do I reload resume wizard

I need to modify the sections of a prepared resume by adding new sections,
etc. How do I reload the wizard that was dedcicated to that particular file?
Or what else can I do to change the resume?
 
The wizard just creates a table, which you can modify as you do any other
table, adding or deleting rows, using the built-in styles.
