How do I regularly empty space

hi,
I have dual bootable system with win98 and win2000server ,how do I empty the
memory being occupied or by temperory folders or temp objects, i use win98 on
C: drive to access Internet, it always gives message "low memory",
I would like to know what are the folders or memory I can delete every day
in windows 98.

This sounds very much like a Win98 question - try a Win98
