Part of my phone number show up as 1234567890 (i.e., 10 continuous digits)
and part show as 123-456-7890 (i.e., conventional telephone number format).
Is there an easy way to format them all at one time to include the dashes,
rather than individually editting them?

Users have no control over how phone numbers are masked. It occurs
automatically once your dialing location is set.

Control Panel > Phone and modem options... > Dialing Rules, edit your
location and replace the "1" with your area code.
