How do I recover an address book from Outlook 2000 if I have back.

My computer crashed but I was able to use ghost to backup all my files. I
reinstalled all the programs from the Gateway restore CD and copied my files
back over. But I do not know how to get my contacts back from Outlook 2000.
Is there a file I can extract them from or copy into an office folder? Please
help.

The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
