How do I recover a lost calendar?

An IT guy re-installed office 2003 on my computer over night..... it has
wiped my whole calendar, my pda has recovered the last two weeks, how do I
bring my old calendar back? I need it for obvious reasons, can anyone help?
 
Was your PST file saved before this installation? If so, the info should be
in there...
