How do I Record a macro?

Is there a Record Macro function like in Excel?

If there is I can't find it.

No, there isn't. Macros in Access and macros in Excel are completely
different creatures.

This is a way to see the macro actions listed.

Therer is no VBA behind macros, and the results of the SaveAsText
method you mentioned do not show any VBA.
