How do I reactivate a blocked ActiveX program?

The instructions say:

1. From the main screen, or any of the screens with the
toolbar, click the Security Agents icon or menu option.

I don't have a Security Agents icon or menu option. How
do I get to this?

Security Agents are Internet, System and Application Agents. You can find
them in menu Tools-> Real-time Protection.
There you can verify their checkpoints, disable/enable them, and take a
look at the blocked items list (View All Blocked Events).
And I think this is what you are looking for - there you can un-block
blocked items such as ActiveX.
