How do I re-link a movie to its source file?

I have movies incorporated in my PPT file. When sharing the file I need to
send also the source files (movie files) along. In order to make the
presentation work the movies needs to be re-link to the new location of the
source file. How do I do this? The "edit links" function is greyed out and
cannot be used. In the Mac world when you doubble click on the movie to play
it a window pops up saying can't find the source file do you want to find it
yourself and than you are allowed to browse for the new location and link to
it. But not such thing in the windows world. Any idea?
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.

The easiest way is to put you movie files into the same folder as you
presentation before you make the link. You also may want to look here.
Sounds/Movies don't play, images disappear or links break when I move or
email a presentation

First, create a new folder.
Place both your presentation and your movies in the same folder.
Insert your movie(s)

Now, you can move the entire folder and not lose the links.

Another option is to use the PFC Media add-in. Go to www.pfcmedia.com
