How Do I put RSS Feeds in a Frontpage 2002 website

I downloaded this great tool called Tristana Writer that allows you simply
type in your feed details into a simple GUI and it writes the XML for you.

That way, all you do is copy/paste the xml and upload the file to your server.

From what I can tell the feeds are totally compliant to RSS 2.0. It will
also do Atom feeds.
