how do i put music on my phone off ma pc thru ma usb adpter

i just got a new phone with bluetooth and i bought a usb adapter so i can put
music and stuff on it thru that but its all set up and everythin but i dont
no how 2 actually do it! plz help

Not knowing what sort of phone or its limitations, it's hard to comment...
 
A "new" phone? Check with your phone service and they'll be glad
to show you how to do it, maybe even do it for you. You're paying for
it and deserve this service.
