How do I put Information in a Line chart?

I have three sets of information I want to put in a line chart. How do I do
that?
 
In a new chart: put the data into adjacent columns, select it all, and make
the chart.

In an existing chart, copy the data to add, select the chart, and use Paste
Special from the Edit menu, and add the data as a new series. Or go to Chart
menu > Source Data > Series tab, Add a new series, and populate the input
boxes as required.
