Import them into your web, then link to them exactly like you would a normal
web page. If it's a file format that the browser knows how to handle, such
as a .txt file you'll want to put it into a zip file first to prevent the
browser from trying to open it. If you have Word, Excel, or other MS Office
documents to share, IE will also try to open these within the browser so
these are also good candidates for putting into a .zip file.

Hope this helps,

I use a downloading service that is free for the first 250 downloads a month
then above that they charge I think $1.50 per download so it should be
included in your price for and ebook or information package. It is called
PayLoadz.com

Now, if you want people to download a file for free, say your newsletter
or information package you can create it in Word then use a URL link from
your page to the Word document. Make sure that when you make the changes
that you close your website after selecting to Edit in Front Page. Save your
changes after your new URL works and you can get to the Word document, select
Save All, close web then check your site to see if it is working.
