How do I put addresses from a forwarded email in my address book?

Is there anyway to add addresses from a forwarded email (to me) into my
address book?

If the message was forwarded in the body, unless you see the actual addresses
in the text, then no. If you do see the actual addresses, then copy/paste as
you manually create the contact records will work. If the message was
forwarded as an attachment, then you'll be able to do that by opening the
attachment, right-clicking each addressee and choosing Add to Contacts.
