I am looking for a way to add a calendar event to multiple users calendars
without them getting an calendar request that they need to accept. I want to
just force the event onto the users calendar. Any help with this would be
greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Jeff

Outlook version? Mail server type? Do you have right to their mailboxes?

a mix of Outlook 2000 and 2003. Mail server on Exchange 2003. I don't know
the answer to having rights to their mailboxes. Does this help with your
answer?

Thanks

Do the people who you want to have the meetings placed automatically have
you as an author on their mailbox? You will need such rights to write
directly to their mailboxes, which is the only way to accomplish what you
want.
