If it's a line chart, ending one series and starting another give an
obvious gap where there are no connecting lines. This is how the data
would look:

1 3
2 4
3 5
4 25
5 30
6 35
But I expect you have a column chart, because the gap in the line chart
is fairly evident. You cannot put a partial gap between column clusters.
The categories are treated as whole numbers, and if you skip one, you
have to go to the next highest whole number.
There are other visual effects you could use. A vertical line between
the low and high values:

Or you could rely on color differences. Make the small value series
light in fill color and the large value series dark. Or use thick and
thin borders. Or let data labels help describe the series. I've gone so
far as to color primary series and primary axes blue, while the
secondary series and axes were colored red. Hit them between the eyes.
