To recreate the shortcut buttons from the old Office Toolbar:
Find the path to Outlook.exe and then append the following, ensuring that
you have a space before the /c:
Create an e-mail message /c ipm.note
Create a post /c ipm.post
Create an appointment /c ipm.appointment
Create a task /c ipm.task
Create a contact /c ipm.contact
Create a journal entry /c ipm.activity
Create a note /c ipm.stickynote

| XP SP2 upgrades, this functionality was lost. It tries to create a URL
| (outlook://...) type link, which outlook balks. Seems like it used to
