how do i put a bulleted list in alphabetical order in powerpoint 2

PowerPoint has no sort features I know of. You can easily copy text
over to Excel, sort it there, then copy it back to PPT. You may have
to use Paste Special (unformatted text) and do some tweaking. Have you
tried that?
