What do I need to purchase to use FrontPage 2002? Is it
Office XP with FrontPage 2002? And where can I find this
to purchase it?

There was a version with Office XP, but I am not sure it was a box set.
FrontPage 2002 was also sold as a separate product:

Before you buy, check and see if your purchase will be eligible for a free
upgrade to FrontPage 2003:

http://www.microsoft.com/Office/howtobuy/techguarantee.mspx

Most copies sold between Aug 15, 2003 and Nov 30, 2003 will be eligible for
the free upgrade, so you will get two versions for the price of one. As the
prices are not cheap for the 2002 version, it is worthwhile to get the
upgrade for when you decide to move to the next version.

If you are not eligible for the upgrade, consider purchasing FP 2003
instead.

If you only want to purchase FP, you don't need to have a copy of Office XP.
