How do i publish to an existing site to a new domain

Help!! I've been trying to publish my current website to a new domain, its
hosted by the same people (I have checked to make sure that they are set up
for frontpage) I am doing it the same way as I did orginally but putting in
the new domain as the remote web location, IS this correct! I have tried both
ftp and fp and neither works

Perhaps the new domain name has not had time to be
registered on the DNS server. You can use the IP address
in this case if you cannot wait for the DNS server to
catch up.

If this is not the case, it would help if you would
provide the steps you are taking and the specific error
messages you are receiving. "Neither works" doesn't
provide many clues to help troubleshoot your probelsm.

Check with your provider that it is active.
