Ok, I am working between 2 entities telling me different things. The
webhosting at 1 and 1.com, is telling me yes this is how it is done by just
making sure that it goes into these destination folders. That they have
others that do this.
Let me try to be very clear. My web hosting has my 3 domains. I have 1 user
name and password to publish with frontpage. To publish I am hitting the
publish button and typing in The url of one of those domains. When entered
just the root directory for the entire 3 domains is coming up... a basic
dumping ground. When I first realized this, I wrote them. They said to set up
destination folders, so I did. The only difference this seemed to make is
that no when you type in the url it becomes a blank page because there is
nothing in this file.
It seems like if I put the url in the publish section, that it should only
bring up the destination when the website would go in the first place. But it
pulls the main folder instead. Is there a way around this? Somewhere I could
be more specific on where these files would go? Or should I use a different
website maker? or could I use Ftp?
