how do I publish from the remote to local in FP 2002

I set up a form on my website to collect visitor info and send to a file...
which is a form results webpage. I want to be able to publish the data that
is collected on my remote server back onto the local drive so I can view it.

But, I can't figure out how to publish one page from the remote back to the
local.

Any help?
 
Open your remote site in FP
File Open Web/Site and enter your URL as http://www.yoursitename.com/ and log in
- or browse to the site in IE and use File Edit w/ FP to open your site in FP

Find the file you want to view, select it and open it or just use File Export (to say your desktop) to view it
You can also publish your site from the online site to your local PC
