HOW DO I PRINT OUT IN SMALLER SIZE?

Im designing an invitation for my sons birthday party but can only get it to
print out in A4 size! How do a get it to print smaller? Cant adjust size
through my printer, what do a do on office to shrink it so it prints out A6?
Or 4 copies onto 1 A4 piece of card, which ever is easier to explain to a
novice! Thankx

Please ask questions about Microsoft Word in a newsgroup which
supports Microsoft Word. This one doesn't; it's for a different
program, Microsoft Access.

But... take a look at File... Page Setup on the menu. It lets you
specify the paper size.
