How do I print one category of Outlook contacts?

Create a custom view that filters by category and only shows the category
you want to print...then print that view.

Thanks...I can get to the correct filter, but cannot figure out how to print. "Print" from "File" previews the entire contact list.

Click on the first contact in that category and hold down the shift key and
highlight the last contact in that category. Then use File->Print->Table
style.
