Good question. It doesn't appear that PowerPoint has a direct way to do
this. I think the easiest thing to do is going to be to go to the File menu
and choose Send to Word. Pick the option with the notes below the slides.
This will include images of the slides, so you will have to delete those
images before printing.

You could delete the slide image from your Notes master and optionally enlarge
your notes text placeholder to fill the space left behind. That'd give you one
slide's worth of notes per page; kinda wasteful.
Or as David suggests, send to Word.
Or use the macro here to export just the notes text to a plain text file you
can copy/paste from into Word or any other program you like:
