How do I print my personal addressbook from Outlook?

Outlook does not highlight the printer when I choose my personal addressbook.
I need to print a hard copy of those addresses. If I can't print them, can
they be moved to the Contact list?
 
Outlook has not used a Personal Address Book for many years. Are you sure
you are? What Outlook version is this?
