How do I print multiple lines in monthly calendar?

I am trying to print a monthly calendar from outlook's calendar view. The
appointment line gets truncated. I would like this to wrap to a second line.
I have removed "print end time" and have reduced the font size to 6, but I
cannot find a way to get the appointment to wrap.

There is no way to do that, that I am aware of, with Outlook's built-in print
styles. You might want to take a look at some free Word templates that use
your Outlook calendar data to create a calendar in Word, which you can then
customize to your liking. I personally use "My Outlook Calendar" and am very
