How do I print mailing labels out of Outlook Express

I would like to print the names with mailing addresses
that I have stored in Contacts in Outlook Express. I
just want to be able to print them on standard 8 1/2" x
11" adhesive mailing labels (30 per page) that you get at
any office supply store. Does anyone know what steps to
go through to be able to print in that format? Thanks.
