Might be best if we start out with your providing the precise steps you are
using and the versions of both Word and Outlook you are using.

OK well I must be a little slow, I have read the files and when I try to
mail
merge the item in my word document either doesn't transfer or looks like
jibberish. It states something about unicode, and I am not able to print
any
sort of label. Any thing you can do for me Russ would be great. Try to
keep
it as simple as possible, as you see computers are not my forte
:
Outlook uses Word for performing mail merge functions such as mailing
label. For an overview of these functions take a look here:

I am using Outlook 2003. I am creating a database of addresses for my
company
and now I am trying to do a mass mail to all of them for an opening and
I
cannot get them to convert so that I can put them on labels. I am sure
this
is simple but I am having alot of trouble.
