I need help in printing powerpoint in a condensed form. I can't find
the option in powerpoint to allow me to do this. My teacher e-mails
the class the lecture notes (about 50 pages!) The form i am referring
to is the text or pictures are condensed to small boxes on the left
and 7 or so blank lines to the right. Thanks.

From file menu select Print

Near bottom there is an option Print What. Select Handouts and then change
slides per page to 3

There are two ways to do this. One in PowerPoint is to click (PPT 2003 or
earlier:) File, Print and then in the print window on the drop down for
Print what? select Handouts and change to 3 slides per page (you will see
the image to the right of the slides per page change to 3 and lines to their
right. (PPT 2007:) Office button, Print and then follow the '03
instructions above.

Method two: PPT 03 or earlier: Click File, Send to, Microsoft Word and then
select the format you want. PPT '07: Click Office button, Publish, Create
Handouts in Microsoft Word and select the appropriate format.

Hope this helps, let us know.

Thanks. I did try handouts, but didn't select slides per page to 3. I
will try it now and let you know what happens.
