How do I print a month calendar from Outlook 2002 with grid lines

We have Office 2002, and when we look at the print preview for Outlook's
calendar, the page shows a month with grid lines around the days. When we
send it to the printer, there aren't any grid lines, and appointment text for
adjacent days runs together. Is there any way to get the grid to print so the
calendar is readable?

Thanks for any help.

How do you have your print options selected?

Thanks for the reply, Milly. Sorry it took so long to get back to you, but my
profile was sending posts to a seldom-used e-mail.

I'm not sure what you're asking me to check, but here is what I have set:
Page Setup for Monthly Style - Format tab
Layout: 1 page/month
Include TaskPad and Notes area (lined)
Print Exactly One Month Per Page is checked
Fonts: Date headings - 24 pt. Tahoma; Appointments - 8 pt. Tahoma
Shading: Print using gray shading is checked
The preview graphic on this form shows a calendar page with lines.
No changes to these options seem to affect the lack of lines on the hardcopy.

I have noticed that XML schema diagrams from XMLSpy are also not printing
the connecting lines. I'm going to check with Xerox to see if there's a
printer setting to check on the printer itself.

Thanks,

Tim

It was a setting in the printer driver. For those using Xerox WorkCentre Pro
printers:

In the print driver dialog, click the properties button.
Go to the Image Options tab.
Click the "Raster" radio button instead of the "Vector" radio button.

Print the calendar and the lines will show up.

Thanks to Milly for her reply.
