How do I print a calendar with only selected catagory information.

I have all of my staff's leave entered in outlook calender under the category
of 'staffing''. I want to print out a monthly calender with just this
information. Instead when I print the calender it displays all of my
personal information ie. birthdays, or when my mastercard payment is due etc.
I can hardly hang this on the wall for all to see. How do I only display
the information that I want on the printed version?
 
What version of Outlook?

Since I will be unavailable for the next few days, let's assume your version
is 2003.

View->Arrange By->Customize Current View->Other Settings->Advanced - fill in
your preferred category and okay out.
