How do I print a blank calendar with holidays?

I am trying to print a calendar or create an alternate outlook calendar that
can be printed with the holidays already included.
 
One way is to filter your Calendar folder view to show only the holidays, which will all have the location for the country(ies) you added.

Another is to create a new calendar folder and copy the holidays into it.
