I am making a lengthy presentation and don't want to preview the entire
presentation. Can I start previewing somewhere in the middle? Thanks and
any help would be appreciated!

On the bottom left of the screen, you should see a few icons. One of them
looks sort of like a giant screen for a slide projector. If you click on
that button, it will start your presentation from the current slide instead
of from the beginning. If you are using PowePoint 2007, I think they moved
this button over to the bottom right of the screen.

Hi

You can click the icon that David suggests in most versions. In 2003 /2007
shift f5 also works and in 2007 you can click the "slide show" tab on the
ribbon and > from current slide
