Try using a mandatory roamin profile. Anything stored to
the desktop will be removed at logoff. Alternatively, you
could redirect the desktop to a secure location, then use
NTFS permissions to lock down that location so no one can
write to it.
You can do this through group policies. Look
under "Folder Redirection"
You should be able to lock down the recycle bin by right
clicking on it.

I am setting up a Terminal Services server for an outside
office and they want to be able to change a GPO (set at
their OU)so that the users logging on are VERY restricted.
So how do I
1. Prevent users from saving anything to the desktop?

2. Change everyone's My Documents to default to a Netware
server and their username? ie h:\username
You can do this through group policies. Look

3. Prevent them from deleting anything to the recyle bin?
Thanks for anyone that can help !
