Hi,
I'd like to have a small graphic in the signature of my e-mails, but I dont
want it to print ( which would waste ink).

Is there a way of making the graphic not show, but alternative text show
instead ( The graphic is an image of my business card).

Cheers

Bugger,

I presume the "can" below is a typing error and should read "can't".

I wise man once told me that if you can't find the book you want, then write
it, so if outlook can't prevent printing of my own signature then I guess
I'd better start writing something to manage the way my printer prints
messages.

Thanks for the reply Diane.

All the best.

No, you can prevent it from printing if its in the message.
