R Rick B Oct 18, 2004 #2 Why are you printing a form? Forms are for viewing, inputting, adding data. Reports are for printing. Build a report. Have a "print" button on your form that opens the report (for the current record) and prints it. Rick B

Click to expand... Just to amplify Rick's good suggestion: you can open a Form in design mode and use File... Save As to save it as a Report, saving the effort of redesigning it. John W.
