I am using FP2003. I have created a dropdown menu using free Navcube
software and I also have a Flash movie on my page. When I click on my menu,
the dropdown appears behind the flash movie. Can anybody help me to position
my movie, so that the menu dropdown appears on top?

All Active content on a page will always rise to the top, so to speak,
including Flash, certain form elements, Java applets, and Active X controls.
This means that each of these will poke through layers. There is not a good
cross-browser/platform reliable way to solve this issue, but if you can be
confident in your visitors using IE 5+ or NN6+, then you can use the Flash
wmode parameter.

Thanks Murray. I found a way round it by saving the flash file with a
transparent background in Frontpage.

One last query. How do I rate a post as I would like to acknowledge my
thanks, but don't know how!

If you look at your code, you will see that this uses the wmode parameter.

Beats me. I never do this since I use the NNTP access rather than the
webforums, and it never shows up there....
